Stock items are dispatched via fastway  on a next-working-day service (subject to stock levels and orders being placed before 2.00pm) Busy periods throughout the year (Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, Mother's/Father's Day) delivery may extend to 48 working hours.

UK orders will be dispatched on a 2-3 day service. Orders are normally delivered between the hours of 9.00am – 5.00pm and require a signature (send quote request)

If you do not wish to incur a delivery charge we are happy for you to collect your goods from our DONERAILE.CO.CORK WAREHOUSE

Our pricing structure for delivery is as follows:
All orders leave our warehouse in good condition and are checked before being packed.

If your order has any item missing or is damaged you must telephone us within 7 days of receiving it.

If your order is not as expected or you have ordered the wrong size/colour/quantity you may return it to us and we shall issue a refund for the cost of the goods only upon return of the items. The items need to be in a re-saleable condition in order to be refunded.

During the busy Christmas period (Start of November to the end of December), we are unable to guarantee next day delivery on orders or samples.
